A few weeks back we had one of your guys out to fix our shower which had serious water pressure issues.
Several (maybe 3 or 4) previous attempts over the last few years to fix the problem had been only temporarily successful & we’d pretty much resigned ourselves to the fact that we just had a really shitty shower. We’d sort of gotten used to it though and so it wasn’t until we had a complete absence of water in the shower one morning recently that we decided to try yet again to get it fixed. And it finally was!
Please pass on my sincere thanks to the guy who came to do the repair, because not only was the shower fixed, but it has stayed fixed. The water pressure is brilliant every time, and being able to adjust the temperature (we previously had a choice between very hot or even hotter) is also making us very happy.

I have just called to say thanks for the work that you have done at in Dallington CHCH.
We have used your services twice since the earth quake and you have been so efficient and completed the jobs in a timely manner. I have heard so many disaster stories from family members and friends in regards to plumbers and drain layers that they have used, in regards to companies starting jobs and coming back a week or so later to finish the jobs and a lack of communication from the company employees to let them know what was happening.
Right from the very first phone call your company have been a pleasure to deal with and have been more than helpful also the communication has been great at keeping us informed.

On Friday late afternoon I had an emergency at my rental property. I rang your firm and spoke to a very pleasant and helpful lady who quickly took my particulars and by 6pm a plumber called Paul was at my house.
Paul was superb, very helpful, quick on the job, and in no time the problem was solved. I wish to congratulate you on the way your staff treated me, very polite, helpful and Paul was and is an expert.
I would not have a problem in recommending your firm to any and all of my friends.

Subject: Leaking Shower
Dear Sir/madam:
Last Monday I had to call a Plumber to fix my leaking shower. It has been leaking for the past two years that we have loved at this address. My daring hubby tried to fix it but was not really very suucessful, hence my need for a Plumber. The first thing I did was reach for my fridge magnet, brilliant idea no mucking around. The telephone was answered by a very polite and courteous young man who did not have a problem at all getting a Plumber, I mean no waiting around deciding when and if someone could come. It was quickly and efficiently sorted for me. Well the next day right on time the Plumber arrived, Simon is his name. He was also polite, courteous and friendly. He did not mess about, he did the job seemly effortlessly, explained everything he did and left. That night I was first in the shower to try out this new mixer and what can I say I had the best shower I have had in two years, no water going from freezing cold to scolding hot, it was just great.
After all this what I really wanted to tell you all is that from start to finish it has been an absolute pleasure dealing with the people in your company and my family and I would like to wish you all every success for the future. Great job guys, congratulations.

The customer Kevin Park would like to pass on about the great service he received from Paul. He said that it is a very stressful situation and the way Paul handled it was excellent. Came in calm found the problem and fixed it in a professional way.
